The purpose of the LC in NI is to promote a positive identity of Northern Ireland to visiting IAESTE trainees and ensure that they return home with a lasting memory of our country and an appreciation of its history. 

We do this through organising social activities and events in conjunction with the British Council in Northern Ireland who administrate the IAESTE program for NI. These activities are of benefit to LC members as well as it allows them to visit and appreciate parts of their country they might never have seen and encourages them to interact in an international and multi-cultural atmosphere.
